About Katerina
Hello and welcome! I’m Katerina Vanhanen. Movement has been a part of my life since childhood. I grew up doing rhythmic gymnastics, volleyball, and dance, and over time, this passion for movement evolved into a calling — to help others feel strong, healthy, and connected to their bodies. I believe that fitness and wellness are not just about how we look, but about how we feel — in our bodies, in our energy, and in our daily lives. This belief guides my work as a yoga and fitness instructor. I am a certified Group Fitness Instructor, trained through the Association of Fitness Professionals. I’ve also completed specialized courses in: Myofascial Release (MFR) Stretching Prenatal Fitness Functional Training Pilates, and more. To deepen my mind-body practice, I completed a year-long Yoga Teacher Training at Prana Yoga School in Moscow. I am committed to ongoing learning and to creating supportive, energizing, and safe spaces for my clients. Whether you are just beginning your wellness journey or looking to deepen your practice, I would be honored to guide you. I feel most comfortable teaching in Russian, but if you prefer, we can absolutely practice in English as well. Let’s move, grow, and feel amazing — together.
