About Suraya
I'm a preschool teacher and TEFL certified English tutor. I have 15 years experience in education and 3 years teaching English online to children aged 4-12.
I have worked in state and faith based schools with children of different cultures and beliefs.
Hobbies and interests:
Cooking and exploring different cuisines from around the world. My favourite dishes are Nasi goreng (Indonesian dish) and Lamb tajine (Moroccan dish)
I also enjoy traveling with my family.
I have been to Morocco, Saudi Arabia and Spain and hoping to visit other countries in the future.

Hello students,
I'm thrilled to welcome you to my English classes, where learning is not just educational but also incredibly fun and engaging.
My students will learn through props, flash cards and games.
My classes will be taught based on the child's individual needs. I can help your child to speak with confidence, improve with reading and pronunciation skills.
My teaching style is using lots of visual aids and TRP to encourage participation and learning. My main focus of expertise is conversational English, pronunciation and reading.
