My Resume:
I received jazz-based education in bass guitar and double bass at the Yıldız Technical University Music and Performing Arts Department. I completed my education with experienced figures such as Volkan Topakoğlu, Şenol Küçükyıldırım, Cansun Küçüktürk, Uğur Gülbaharlı, and Alper Maral. I am currently continuing my Master's degree in Music and Performing Arts at YTU.
In 2020, I won an award at the 27th IKSV Young Jazz Competition. Following this, I continued to perform at various venues, including BGM, CRR, Zorlu PSM, DasDas, Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality events, Bova, Noasis, Crow Jazz, The badau, Nardis, Dorock, The Wall vs.
I have also performed and continue to perform in various pop projects, including Elçin Orçun, Melisa Karakurt, Ars Longa, Standard Trio, etc. In addition to jazz and pop projects, I have also participated in Orchestra, Big Band, and Musical Theater projects. Some of the projects directed by Mert Fırat at DasDas Stage include "Ben Varım" and "Benimle Dans Eder Misin?". Sharing my experiences, progressing together, ensuring people enjoy music, demonstrating the therapeutic effects of instruments, gradually teaching and applying what they learn, enabling people to create their own music – these have been my focus for the past 9 years. Music has become the focal point of my life, and transferring what I know makes me happy.
