About Valentina
Hello ! I am a foreign language teacher. I have a degree in Foreign Languages, Literature and Intercultural Studies from the University of Florence and I have a Master's Degree + Master in English and French obtained at the University of Paris Est Marne la Vallée in Paris, France. I have numerous English (PET, FIRST, TOEIC, IELTS) and French (DELF, DALF) certifications. I started my teaching career in Italian private schools and since 2017 I am an English teacher at the Accademia di Créteil in France in state high schools. I offer lessons and / or lessons in English and French for all middle and high school students, but also for university students and adults.

I have followed numerous courses, seminars and trainings aimed at learning the methodology and pedagogy for teaching foreign languages. I attended the preparation modules for the national teachers competition in France (Capes and Agrégation) dedicated to teaching English to non-native speakers. My lessons are based on four main lines: Communication, Reading, Listening and Writing. I always try to structure my lessons towards the consolidation of a precise level of language, as indicated by the Common European Framework of reference for the knowledge of languages (A1-C2). I propose lessons of all kinds, repetitions and specific courses aimed at achieving the level required by language certifications (in English, from Trinity exam to IELTS).
