About Tanya
I earned a B.Sc in Biological Sciences followed by an M.Sc in Human Physiology, where I developed a strong foundation in both theoretical understanding and applied biological systems. Over 11 years of teaching, I have helped students overcome confusion by organizing complex information into clear, meaningful frameworks. My teaching approach emphasizes patience, encouragement, and curiosity-driven learning. I understand that biology can feel overwhelming due to its scope, so I focus on helping students understand relationships rather than memorizing details. I create a supportive environment where questions are welcomed and exploration is encouraged. Beyond teaching, I remain engaged with biology through continuous study, academic reading, and scientific discussions. Intermediate learners explore organ systems, inheritance patterns, metabolic pathways, and experimental interpretation with greater depth. Advanced learners work on data analysis, applied biological reasoning, exam strategies, and scientific communication. Each lesson blends explanation, discussion, practice questions, and feedback.
