About Abigail
I taught science courses for five years in a public high school. Courses included biology, anatomy and physiology, and biotechnology. I love genetics, ecology, and evolution, but am skilled at helping students understand all aspects of biology. 100% of my students passed the last state assessment in biology and many of my A&P students have been accepted into nursing programs and exclaim that my class helped them greatly in their college courses.

I can tutor in middle/high school biology related classes as well as college level 100-200 courses. I am very patient and friendly, making tutoring a stress-free experience. I draw on students' background knowledge and help them make connections in concepts. I believe a multi-faceted approach to learning is best (auditory, reading, visual, kinesthetic).
