About Shaheer
I am a Biomedical Engineering & Health Sciences student in my second year studying at McMaster University. I have been giving private lessons for 2 years now. Previously, I had studied Higher Level IB Biology and further proceeded to take Cellular & Molecular Biology & Anatomy and Physiology in University. All the while, pursuing a Bachelors of Health Sciences Specializing in Health, Engineering Science, and Entrepreneurship with a Minor in Business.

My teaching methodology involves an "Explain & Attempt" approach. A typical class sessions involves myself giving a run-down of the concepts and then asking the student to relay such information back to me in their own words. I like to test application versus rote memorization and believe in the principal that without attempting and failing a question, an individual will find it difficult to succeed. The classes are mainly intended for high school students in the Academic, IB, or AP program.
