About Samantha
I've been a student at the University of Guelph for the last 4 years, and will be entering my 4th year of Biomedical Sciences this coming September. I am a passionate and hard working student who has been fortunate enough to help many students in grade school, high school, and undergraduate courses achieve their academic goals. I strive to create a learning environment that fosters curiosity and self-confidence in academics.

I teach students over zoom using a DocCam to display what I am writing/drawing. I always ask students 48-72 hours in advance to send any practice questions or tricky concepts to me so I can adequately prepare for the session and make the most effective use of our time together. I have been tutoring students for the last 6 years and understand that one type of explanation does not work for every student. I will always explain concepts as many times as needed in order for students to comprehend the topic. In addition, I always make sure that I have extra hours around exam and midterm season to ensure they feel their most confident for their academic assessments.
