About Pearl
With 4 years of tutoring experience, I am proud to be a drum teacher who truly believes in the power of music. I teach high school, college, and elderly students, and I have taught around 150 to 200 students so far. Every student adds value to my teaching journey. A major milestone in my career was when my early students began performing in public programmes. Many students who once struggled with rhythm now play with confidence. These success stories inspire me every day. My teaching style is friendly, patient, and well-organised. I break difficult drum patterns into simple steps. I focus on building strong basics, correct technique, and steady rhythm. I also guide students on how to practice properly at home. For older learners, I keep lessons calm and enjoyable. For young learners, I keep lessons active and fun. I always create a safe and positive learning space where students feel free to learn without fear. Teaching drums is my passion, and I work daily to help students grow with confidence and joy.

My teaching methodology for drums is practical, motivating, and student-centred. I use real-life examples and case studies to explain how drum patterns work in real songs and live performances. Students learn grooves, fills, and beats using actual music instead of only exercises. This makes learning more meaningful and helps them understand how drumming fits into real band situations. Motivation plays a very important role in my teaching. I create a positive learning environment where students feel safe to make mistakes and improve. I help them stay excited about practice and guide them with clear goals. For problem-solving, I focus on fixing timing issues, hand-foot coordination, speed control, and rhythm clarity. I use simple drills and patient guidance to help students overcome challenges step by step. Integrity is a core value in my classroom. I believe in honest guidance, regular effort, and musical discipline. Students learn responsibility along with musical skills. Flexibility allows me to adapt each lesson based on the student’s learning pace, interest, and level. Besides drums, I also teach rhythm training, basic music theory, keyboard basics, and performance preparation.
