About Josh
I have been drumming for just over 14 years now and have recently graduated with a BA Hon's in Professional Musicianship, at BIMM Bristol. During my time at BIMM, I have worked various sessions within a studio environment, been taught by world class musicians and been fortunate enough to play at some noteworthy events, such as the Pilton Stage competition.
Primarily, I specialise in hybrid drumming and my playing is heavily influenced by bass focused music, like Jungle/Drum & Bass, Garage and Dub. However, I both enjoy and have experience in all styles of music.

My approach to teaching is heavily focused on getting the student to reach their own personal goals. I like to start by finding out a bit about my students, such as their experience with the instrument and what music inspires them to play. From there, I can create custom lesson plans that specifically cater to their needs, ensuring smooth progression and ultimately helping them to achieve those goals.

Josh is an exceptional teacher for the platform, i beleive Joshes knowledge, skills and ability to develop his teaching style and change this dependant on the students needs and requirments.
