About Lorraine
I am a language teacher with experience teaching and working with young people. I also have a background in helping people with communication difficulties using forms of arts/ speech therapies. I am a Bachelor of Arts graduate from Bath Spa University. I have experience living and working abroad teaching Ks2/3 children in a school in Spain. I am comfortable working non native speakers and can help with homework, conversation skills, and exam preparation.

My method of teaching is focused on getting my students to feel comfortable with the foreign language. I take a more creative approach to learning as my background is in music. I prefer to stimulate the creative side of the brain when learning to help my students better absorb the new information. I am also very flexible with the students preferred learning approach. I sometimes use my therapy techniques gained from working with individuals with speech difficulties to aid me in assisting those that may need alternatives forms of learning due to learning difficulties.
