I have known Bruce Sharman for the past ten years; he was an academic colleague who lectures on modules in a pathway in which I am the programme pathway leader for eight years. During this period I have seen him grow up as a mature, caring individual and a team player. He has a delightful personality, very polite and amiable.

Bruce is a hard-working lecturer. He is a highly motivated person and is always passionate about his teaching and learning. In particular, I have been impressed by his energy and enthusiasm in undertaking his duties and meeting deadlines.
