About Acima
My fitness journey started when I was 17, alone in the University Gym with no idea where to start. Since then, I've learned a lot from both practical experience, and education, that have given me the tools to be the strongest, healthiest version of myself - and I am incredibly passionate about helping other people do the same thing. As a competitive powerlifting athlete, coach, and personal trainer my number one philosophy is to encourage people to be functional - strong, mobile, coordinated and flexible, while also eating well, and their physiques will reflect all the hard work they put in. So if you want to be stronger, more functional, confident, whether you're wanting to be a competitive powerlifter or carry those qualities through everyday life, I'd love to work with you.
