I'm currently a specialist ESOL teacher working with a variety of students from all over the world. The best part of my job is showing students the progress they've made over the years and getting to know them as individuals. I strongly believe that learning should be personalised and relevant to the student to enable them to be successful and progress towards their goals.

I take a structured approach to teaching English with a heavy focus on phonics to assist with reading, writing and oral language. Learning a new language can be challenging and every student learns at their own pace. I create a safe space where we can have a laigh while learning something new. I'm open to suggestions and happy to structure lessons based on your preferred focus area e g spelling, grammar, reading etc.
