My teaching method based on need of students how good he/she is that particular subject. My approach start from basic understanding of a subject. Usually after completing a chapter i takes a comprehensive test after 2 or 3 days in each and every subject, that helps to me how good or bad student doing.

Vikas sir is very good and responsible teacher who take care of his students. He has been teaching students more than 2 year and students are very satisfied with his way of teaching also their parents are very much satisfied by his behaviour and teaching manner. The command at subjects is great. Finally I recommend any student who want to score good mark and thinking about his future than he is tha man who changes their way of reading and thinking process.
I think vikash is an excellent teacher having expertise in maths subject especially under class 10 in aliganj...my niece got benefiitted with his teaching skills
