About Edwin
I’m a yoga teacher with 3 years of experience teaching both group and private classes. My own training goes beyond yoga — I regularly practice Cross Training, metabolic conditioning, weightlifting, and running.
I train this way myself, I understand the demands that strength and conditioning place on the body. Yoga and mobility have become an important part of my own training, helping me maintain range of motion, move better, and recover between sessions. I see myself as someone fluent in both strength and mobility, and I share my knowledge for people looking to achieve the same.
My approach to teaching is therefore practical and movement-focused. I use yoga-based sequences, mobility work, and active stretching to help people build a stronger, more mobile body — whether they are new to yoga, experienced practitioners, or simply looking to complement their existing training.
