I have trained and coached hundreds of athletes and helped them get drafted professionally or college scholarships. I can help both young men and women to reach personal health goals and give them self confidence. Alex Rodriguez was one of my students . I can teach on line or at a local park. This is for the serious athlete or person only. Train with the best. Students aged 9-17 preferred. I will be doing all of my face to face training at Jonesville Park in Gainesville.
