About Holly
I have spent over 15 years working in the financial services industry, with most of those years in leadership roles. I have worked in roles leading Operations, Sales, and Learning & Development.
With these roles, I have had the opportunity to coach and mentor hundreds of employees over the span of my career. I have also learned the good, the bad, the ugly, and the what the heck...as a leader in a business environment.
And remember I mentioned that I can help you learn things that textbooks don't cover? Work/life balance...anxiety, pressure, making decisions, tough conversations, building your career and having a family....just to name a few. I can help you with those too.

I have worked in the financial services industry for over 15 years. Most recently I led a corporate learning unit that services over 5,000 employees. Before that, over 12,000.
I have substantial business and real world experience, combined with in depth knowledge of adult learning theories and capabilities. I can help you learn the things you need to know, that aren't always in a textbook.
I have a Bachelor of General Studies degree and an MBA. I believe that learning should be tailored to each individual when working 1 x 1. Open dialogue and experiential learning opportunities are critical. A safe environment to ask tough questions is key.
