About Prue
Hi! I’m Prue, a dedicated and approachable tutor with a strong academic background and a genuine passion for helping students succeed. I’m currently a marketing and management double major at Tulane University, where I’ve developed strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills that I bring into every tutoring session.
I have prior tutoring experience and truly enjoy breaking down complex material into clear, understandable concepts for younger students. I believe learning should feel supportive and empowering, not intimidating, and I work hard to create a positive, low-pressure environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes as part of the learning process.

Having experience as both a student and a tutor, I understand academic pressure and how discouraging challenging material can feel. I prioritize creating a comfortable, judgment-free environment where students feel confident asking questions. I am organized, reliable, and committed to helping students not only improve academically, but also develop effective study habits and long-term learning skills. My lessons are designed for middle school and high school students seeking academic support, reinforcement, or enrichment. Further, I work with students across a range of subjects and levels.
