About Noêmia
I am an English teacher and also a Law student. I have several certificates in the language (CPE, IELTS, TOEFL); I completed a Conversational Skills course at Leys School in Cambridge, participated in exchange programs as a Host through Rotary Club and studied the academic and literary aspects of English at Universität Vechta. I currently teach on-site and online classes in basic and advanced English.

My teaching method is based on meeting the student's goals and needs. Thus, the focus of the classes is flexible; conversation, grammar, vocabulary, etc.
In addition to offering different aspects of the language, such as Business, Academic, English for travel or exchange. In my classes, I make use of texts, music, videos and themes that the student is also interested in. If the student, for example, enjoys Rock or Metal, why not study Present Simple with a song by Muse or Audioslave? If the student likes Stephen King we can exercise by reading excerpts from his books. If you are a business student we can discuss recent and pertinent news.
As for the material, it varies according to the focus and aspect that the student wants to focus on, but in general, I like to use the Cambridge books as a guide. (Especially when the focus is CPE or IELTS)
It is very important that the classes are interesting, pleasant and objective, always meeting the needs of the student.
