About Soham
I am a second-year student of Computer Science at the University of Cambridge with a passion for fostering intellectual curiosity. I find great satisfaction in seeing my students develop their understanding and problem-solving skills, and proceed to flourish in their exams. I am a goal-oriented tutor and my aim is to help my students reach their potential.

I help my students develop a deep understanding of the concepts through interactive teaching with an emphasis on active participation from the student. I then challenge my students with increasingly difficult problems ensuring they are well-equipped to tackle any problem they may face. I provide hints and support, helping to shape their problem-solving skills, yet allowing them to reach the solution themselves, building confidence and independence. My lessons are typically 1 hour. I have 6+ years of tutoring experience with proven results, with students aged 10-18. I achieved 4 A*s at A-Level and 11 9s at GCSE, and received offers to study Computer Science from the University of Cambridge, Imperial College London, The University of Warwick, and more. My lessons are aimed at students aged 13-18 (Year 9 to Year 13), although I am flexible and willing to tutor younger year groups also.
