I am a recent Cambridge University graduate in Natural Sciences (basically biology with a bit of Chemistry and Maths thrown in for fun)
Experience in tutoring students with learning difficulties and dyslexia, and specialise in adapting teaching styles to cater for the student's needs.

My teaching method involves understanding how the student views the subject, and how they best take in information, then adapting the course content/structure to make it engaging and appealing to them.
Too often regular school lessons are tailored to the most able students with traditional learning styles, which puts others at a disadvantage. I will go as slowly as necessary to ensure that the student fully grasps the concepts and are confident in being able to repeat back and explain the topics not only to themselves but to their peers - the mark of fully understanding a concept is being able to teach it to someone else.
