About Katherine
Hi! I'm Katie, and I'm a first year Philosophy student at Cambridge University. I am a friendly and engaging teacher, with a focus on balancing students curiosity with exam success.
I'm receptive to feedback, and keen to provide lessons which help support students at all levels of learning.
I achieved nine grade 9's at GCSE, 49/50 in my EPQ, and three A*'s at A-level (in addition to an A in AS Further Maths, the highest grade). I also ranked 5th in my first year exams at Cambridge, where I study Philosophy.

I am an enthusiastic and supportive teacher, focusing upon the individual needs of the student. The lessons will be an hour long, and I will set and mark additional work at the end of each lesson.
My focus is on supporting students curiosity and interest in the subject, at the same time as focusing upon examination technique. I offer lessons for GCSE and A-level students.
