About Jaclyn
I am an undergraduate student at McMaster university, studying Arts & Science combined with Political Science. In other words, I am a proud nerd. My studies involve everything from English syntax, to complex integrals, to Canadian politics. I also have several years of public speaking and formal science communication experience.

No two people are the same. I want to create a unique and flexible approach for each individual, based off of where they want to improve, what their current skill level is, and how they want to apply their experience. Further, I want to create a safe space to practice and learn; no questions or mistakes are stupid. My classes are best equipped for intermediate to advanced English language learners, but I am open to working with any level of proficiency.

Jaclyn is exactly what you would want a tutor to be. Patient, kind, knowledgeable, and creative. She is willing to go above and beyond to help make sure concepts are well understood. She’s absolutely amazing and she never disappoints!
Jaclyn is amazing!! She’s worked at the Ontario Science Centre before and knows so much about such a wide range of subjects - science, math, languages, humanities. I attended university with her and she’s always incredibly friendly, articulate, helpful, and cheery.
