My methods are rooted to the fundamentals. The approach towards each student is different. I try and understand the student,s capabilities in terms of pace and grasping power based on which I modify my pace of teaching. I am particular about the interest of the candidate and any depreciation in the same will not do any good for the student. I follow a syllabus for those who are interested in appearing for exams, but i also deviate from books and teach composition that I learn from other resources
