About Corinne
I am passionate about helping students achieve their goals by using a friendly, encouraging and supportive approach to boost students' confidence as well as their exam results. I have over 4+ years experience teaching English to students from all over the world, both children and adults. I have taught in London, India and South Korea and over this period I have built up a repertoire of skills and knowledge to put into practice to benefit students. To consolidate this experience, I gained a CELTA qualification last year. I have also trained scores of students to achieve their required grades for IELTS examinations for work or study abroad. Additionally, I hold BA and MA degrees in Religious Studies and so I have also provided GCSE and A Level tuition in this field. For me, the best part about teaching is all about seeing students making progress (whatever their level) and the moment that they 'get it' - that breakthrough that they have been working hard for and the confidence they gain from that. My weakness part was Reading but having lessons with Corinne my English abilities is improved.
I am really thank you Corinne for leading me.
Unfortuately I have to go back to my country very soon, so I can not continue this lesson. However when I come back and if I have a time, I want to learn from her.I needed a 7.5 overall on my IELTS and Corinne helped me achieve it. She gave me some good advice and techniques on my writing and also on my speaking.
I am very happy with my results, she is a good tutor and I strongly recommend her.I learned a lot of things under her and got reats marks
Apart from just being a teacher , she is a person who inspite of working in a processional envoirment always took initiated and guided students with one-to-one attention at all levels
I had problem with English (speaking and writing ) as English was second language for me . I was trained by Corrine for four areas of English i.e Writing, listening, speaking and reading and now i am more comfortable than earlier. The teaching method is really very effective which focus more on practical aspect of teaching.
