I am a medical student, and for the last 8 years i work as a Personal Trainer and diet consultant.
Throughout many years, i have successfully guided people of all ages, nationalities, and backgrounds in concluding there fitness goals and teaching them the right way of eating!

Hello everyone, I am Anthony, proud to be a native Greek-American Certified Personal Trainer engaging online fitness classes (for the last 8 years) tailored for everyone that likes to stay/be fit, loose weight.
From absolute beginners to professionals aiming to arrive at there goal.
Adults, of all ages, are welcomed to contact me and I am more than happy to offer the first lesson free of charge.
My teaching style focus on a structured but at the same time enjoyable methodology, promoting continuous interaction and providing the guidance needed.
Exercises are made individually based on final goals or target.
No need of equipment we can allenate even without them!
