About Meenakshi
A prominent mentor in the field of Arts and Mental well-being empowering individuals in achieving their personal and professional goals. With a diverse background in software development, education, arts and coaching, I bring in a sea of experience.
As a mentor, I help individuals lead a S.A.D.-free life and focus on their mental well-being. I also help people identify their goals and develop strategies to achieve them, identify their strengths and weaknesses, activate reward pathways in the brain thereby reducing the mood fluctuation levels.
As an Artist, I had always been into Art since childhood and firmly believe that art is a way to our mind, to tap that inner YOU and aiding in exploring the SELF. Taking along a broad experience, I would be the wisest choice to deal with such issues and take you along the Empowering Journey.

My classes are a mix of activities, self reflection and action-oriented. I mainly focus on building rapport with the students, which is work half-done. I deal with College students and adults.
