About Kamna
I’m a certified Ashtanga Yoga instructor, trained in Rishikesh, India — the yoga capital of the world.
I have been teaching yoga for over 5 years in both the UK and India, offering online and in-person sessions to corporate and private clients.
My classes focus on mindful movement, proper breathing, and overall wellbeing. I create a custom plan for each student based on their body type, flexibility, and personal goals. Along with yoga, I also share simple homemade nutrition guidance to help you build a healthy, balanced lifestyle.

Every session combines Ashtanga postures with guided breathing, helping to relieve stress, calm the mind, strengthen the body, and improve posture.
Breathing plays an essential role in my classes — each asana is supported by correct breath control, improving focus, oxygen flow, and inner balance.
You can choose morning or evening classes, online or outdoor/home sessions, according to your comfort.
All sessions are flexible, result-driven, and designed to help you feel lighter, stronger, and deeply relaxed after each practice.
