About Kaitlin
I have 13 years of classroom experience with Hartford Public Schools. I have experience in 1st through 5th grade. Most of my teaching has been first grade. I have taught in person, virtually, and hybrid models. I can meet with you in person or online, whichever you are more comfortable with. In 2021 I was nominated as my school’s Teacher of the Year. I enjoy creating lessons that help teach new concepts but also make learning fun and engaging.

Whether it be helping you with an area of struggle, giving you the homework support you need, or making new learning fun, I’m your tutor. I have years of experience but the most important thing is to be able to make connections learning. I will not only make learning fun, but you will feel more confident in yourself and your work. Tutoring sessions can involved elementary literacy or math. I can also help with middle school literacy and math as well as high school Algebra.
