About Nozipho
Hey there! It's Nozy Teacher here, I am an experienced ESL teacher that has taught internationally for 6 years. I have been capped the most fun teacher by my students. I believe in a result-driven teaching philosophy. Outside of class, I enjoy challenging myself with new hobbies, at the moment I'm learning how to play the violin and painting. Adopted a structured yet flexible approach that starts off with a proficiency assessment and goal setting. Through a casual conversation we get to identify the student's level of speaking, listening, reading, and writing; identify their goals and understand their learning style. Each lesson entails speaking; role-playing, storytelling, or discussing a topic. Listening; listening to dialogues and watching short videos. Reading; short stories and news comprehension. Writing; sentence structuring, and essay writing. I offer personalized teaching methods for beginner, intermediate, and advanced students. All lessons use an interactive, practical approach by making use of real-life scenarios, games, flashcards, and storytelling which will enable students to think in English. I'll keep a track record of progress and motivation for the student's improvement, celebrate our milestones, and adjust lessons based on their progress and interests.
