About Shweta
Growing up in India, the birthplace of yoga, I was naturally surrounded by its ancient wisdom and its spiritual essence. Although yoga was always present in my life, my personal journey truly began in 2015, after exploring various forms of fitness. It was then that yoga revealed itself to me as a sacred practice—one that extends far beyond the physical body.
Through my personal journey with yoga, I felt a deep calling to share this practice and to support others on their own inward paths. As a teacher, I intend to create a safe, nurturing, and compassionate space where students can slow down, cultivate awareness, listen deeply to their bodies, and reconnect with their true essence.
I am a 200-hour Certified Yoga Teacher and have completed Yin Yoga Teacher Training. My teaching is rooted in yogic tradition, mindfulness, and heart-led presence, offering gentle, accessible practices that honour both the physical body and the subtle energies within.

Hatha Class
I offer online Hatha Slow Yoga classes that are gentle, accessible, and focused on building strength, flexibility, and inner awareness at your own pace.
Each class includes:
Guided meditation for grounding and mental clarity
Pranayama (breathing techniques) to support relaxation and energy balance
Slow, mindful asana practice with clear instructions and modifications
Yin Yoga Class
Step into stillness with online Yin Yoga classes designed to help you slow down, release tension, and deeply relax both body and mind. This gentle, beginner-friendly practice focuses on long-held, floor-based postures that target deep connective tissues and support emotional balance.
