About Nina May
hi, my name is Nina May, I am a 21 year old university student based in Singapore, and a licensed Personal Trainer and Fitness Coach (A+B+medical license; SWAV University Berlin).
I have been actively going to the gym for over 6 years now, and have great experience in weight lifting, cross training, as well as running (Currently training for a sub 4h marathon).
I focus on holistic teaching, long-term results, and am always extra cautious about recovery and injury prevention. Fitness is my greatest passion, and I am happy to help you on your way to feeing your fittest and best self!

Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Coach (Ab+B+medical license; SWAV University Berlin). Holistic teaching and long-term achievements.
Online lessons: 30 to 90 minutes: Catered to your individual journey and needs, focusing on your goals and personal fitness lifestyle. Ages 18 and above, no previous experience needed, beginners welcome.
- Creation of exercise and training plan
- Goal setting and regular check-ins
- Proper form, injury prevention, relaxation, recovery methods
- Nutrition plan and weight loss/ gain/ tone up goal setting
In person lessons: 60 to 120 minutes (at clients home), ages 18 and above, all levels welcome.
- In-person exercise teaching (Proper form, injury prevention, relaxation, recovery methods)
- Creation of exercise and training plan
