About Prajwal
I am Prajwal Mungre. I am a professional cricketer and fitness plays a crucial role in my sport. I am a certified strength and conditioning coach and have trained multiple athletes unlock their true potential. So I thought, why only athletes? A good Fitness program should be accessible by everyone . So I am expanding my audience and providing my services to all. Though I am willing to work with people who are committed to achieve their fitness goals and willing to work hard for the same. We can definitely work together if we are a right fit for each other.

The class will be customised according to your needs and daily routine. First I will assess and try to understand what exactly do you need and prepare a customised workout programme based on that. The class will be 4 days a week.
What sets me apart is my approach towards each client. I don't just design same plans for every client, the plan I design is very carefully curated for each individual separately by considering their requirement. Together we will not just train but try to build a habit which will slowly become your lifestyle. You will get a better understanding of this after talking to me.
