About Rochmad
As a certified Flight Operations Officer with over 6 years of experience, my teaching approach is a blend of practical insight and structured academic methodology. I focus on interactive, scenario-based learning, where students engage with real-life cases from airline operations, including flight planning, weather analysis, MEL application, and dispatch decision-making. I use visual aids, simulations, and operational documents (OFPs, NOTAMs, METAR/TAF, load sheets, etc.) to build critical thinking and decision-making skills. Each session is tailored based on the student’s level—whether you’re a beginner preparing for a dispatcher license, a student pilot learning about ground operations, or a junior airline staff seeking a deeper understanding of dispatch roles. My background includes: Certified FOO with type ratings for B737 & A320 Experience working in commercial airlines and aviation academies Currently a Quality Manager

As a certified Flight Operations Officer with over 6 years of experience, my teaching approach is a blend of practical insight and structured academic methodology. I focus on interactive, scenario-based learning, where students engage with real-life cases from airline operations, including flight planning, weather analysis, MEL application, and dispatch decision-making.
I use visual aids, simulations, and operational documents (OFPs, NOTAMs, METAR/TAF, load sheets, etc.) to build critical thinking and decision-making skills. Each session is tailored based on the student’s level—whether you’re a beginner preparing for a dispatcher license, a student pilot learning about ground operations, or a junior airline staff seeking a deeper understanding of dispatch roles.
Typical lesson duration is 60–90 minutes, allowing time for explanation, discussion, and exercises. Lessons are available both online and in-person (Banyuwangi area).
My lessons are suitable for:
