About Leticia
I am a Bachelor of Environmental Studies graduate with 10 years of gymnastics coaching experience. This includes Women's Artistic (WAG), Men's Artistic (MAG), and Trampoline. I have certified by Gymnastics Ontario with my NCCP level 2 in all disciplines. I've coached ages from 4-60, both private lessons and group lessons and helped these individuals develop the necessary fundamentals (handstands, cartwheels, rolls, hands/swings, holds etc.) on various apparatuses.
I was an elite level gymnast for 10 years of my life and I was a competitive cheerleader for the last 5 years giving me personal experiences in both gymnastics and cheerleading.

I am a big advocate for the basics. I being with realistic goal setting and creating a timeline with my students. I use the first session to determine the students skill level and ability and then progress from there. This class is designed for all, from beginners to advanced. I will teach the basics as well as refine/correct them to ensure progress is possible in a safe and efficient manner.
