I’ve studied and practiced yoga extensively for over a decade. In addition to my yoga and meditation studies, I’ve received two trauma-informed coaching certifications. I am a certified VITA Sex, Love & Relationship Coach through The Tantric Institute of Integrated Sexuality. I am a certified Mastery Coach with the Institute of Coaching Mastery.

I also teach Pilates and I enjoy incorporating aspects of Pilates into your yoga practice to strengthen your muscles and joints. I will create you a personal and comprehensive yoga practice to help you build both strength, self-awareness and confidence!
