I am a dedicated Yoga teacher, passionate about guiding you towards balance, strength and inner peace.
My sessions focus on authentic Hatha and Vinyasa Flow with mindful movement, conscious breathing (Pranayama) and meditation. I personalize each class as per your body type, age and fitness level - whether your goal is flexibility, weight loss, stress relief or better sleep.
