About Claudia
I have a Master's degree in Italian literature and a Certification for the teaching of Italian as a foreign language at the Italian Cultural Institute of London, currently preparing to pass my CEDILS. During my career, I have followed several creative reading laboratories and theatre workshops, with their methodologies and techniques that I love to bring to my lessons. For this reason, they are never boring! In Italy, I organised intercultural projects aimed at schools, bookstores, national fairs, associations and paediatric studies. I was also a volunteer for projects related to the environment and the community, meeting people from all over the world. I am a very patient person and I like to listen to the needs and goals of every single student. I am passionate about teaching Italian especially through different topics, for example, the arts (painting, cinema, sculpture, music) and above all, I dedicate huge space to talking about food, wine and recipes and a lot if not all aspects of Italian culture in the different regions.

I am very passionate about teaching and I like to convey my language in a fun and original way. My lessons don't offer only grammar, but also moments of conversation, topics of general culture and expressions about my home country. I love to create fun lessons with the use of videos, articles and interactive games. I am always attentive to the needs of my students and for this I pay attention to their progress with fun and catchy checks. I am a certified Italian teacher and for the last three years I have been teaching Italian in the UK to adults with private lessons and children through animated readings and special events, with 12 years' experience as I have been working as a storyteller in Italian for children in schools and public events. My lessons are for all levels and ages and each usually has the duration of 60 minutes.
