About Kate
Hi! I’m a native Korean speaker currently based in Malaysia
I enjoy teaching Korean and helping students learn in a simple and comfortable way. I understand that learning a new language can feel difficult, so I try to make my lessons easy to follow and practical for everyday use.
I also have a Korean language teaching certification, and I enjoy sharing not only the language but also Korean culture with my students.

My lessons are designed to be simple and practical, especially for beginners
1. Teaching Method
Step-by-step learning from Hangul to basic grammar and daily conversation. I focus on helping you understand and use Korean naturally in real-life situations. I can also use basic Chinese to explain similarities in pronunciation or structure when helpful.
2. Lesson Format
60-minute lessons, available both online and face-to-face. Private and group classes are available (group classes are more affordable).
3. Qualification & Students
I hold a Korean language teaching certification. Suitable for all levels, especially beginners starting from zero.
4. Additional Classes
Korean cultural experience classes (e.g. tea or food) are also available as separate lessons upon request.
