I highly recommend Carolyn as a personal trainer. I started working with her at the Equinox gym 10 months ago when I felt like I was in a bit of a slump. She has been an amazing trainer, encouraging perfect form to focus on the right muscles and mitigate injuries. And most importantly, she makes our sessions fun and interesting, something to look forward to, vs something to dread. Throughout my time with Carolyn, I’ve lost at least 3% body fat and notice this new and improved body composition in pictures and in the mirror.
