I received my 200 Hour RYT in 2023 and have been teaching weekly in person classes since, and I am so passionate about what i do. I’m looking to deepens my practice along with my teaching, and i’m always ready to learn more.

No matter what age, and you don’t have to be flexible, yoga is breath and movement and I can accommodate anyone.
