What makes my lessons special?

Over the years I have built a base of materials that include various extracts from the movies, songs and TV shows, funny images and clear grammar tables that will help you to ease your studies.
- Сlear explanation
I prefer to introduce new Russian grammar topics in a way that my student can learn new material quickly and use it straight away in real life situations.
- Attentive approach
I am not going to correct you after each slip of the tongue.
But I am going to focus on certain linguistic issues that you might have, so that we could sort them out together at your own pace.
After each lesson I send a report to my students in which the lesson's vocab and grammar issues are reviewed and summed up.
- Student-centered learning
And, of course, my lessons are designed specifically to satisfy my student's linguistic needs. Whether you are a beginner who just decided to learn Russian for work purposes / traveling / family or if you have been studying it for years in order to read Dostoevsky in the original - I will develop a programme based on your needs.

I can speak fluently in three languages: English, French and Russian (the most tricky one here!), which I have learnt from the scratch.

I really enjoy my lessons with Nadya. She is engaging and encouraging and her feedback is very constructive. I am relatively new to learning Russian, having a grasp of basic conversation and grammar but want to improve quickly! Nadya used our first lesson to really test and stretch me in order to figure out my level and where I can best begin to improve. Her approach was multi-faceted, making use of short clips from classic Russian movies, cartoons and music videos as well as extracts from Russian poems and literature in order to root our lesson in a vivid and easy to remember context. Learning a language takes time and effort but if you are looking for someone with a fresh and enjoyable approach - someone who will nurture your interest in Russian language and culture then Nadya is the teacher for you!
I highly recommend Nadya. She is a professional teacher and also a wonderful person to have a lesson with. Her lessons are always very friendly, easy to understand, funny and helpful. She is a hard-working and I admire her patience for a teaching and her kindness to explain any grammar issues I struggle with. I really enjoy Russian with her.
