My expertise lies in the Social Sciences and Humanities, with my undergraduate degree centring Sociology/Anthropology, Gender Studies and English. My Bachelor of Education studies honed my skills as an educator and fuelled my passion for supporting students of ALL ages. Whether developing essays, conducting research, analyzing texts, etc., my knowledge, experience and passion for learning will help you feel confident and capable in your studies. I'm excited to start our learning journey!

About the lesson

I provide tutoring for junior high and senior high students as well as undergraduate students. I believe strongly in providing students with the academic and life skills necessary to transform their personal and professional lives. This requires a culturally responsive approach, involving presenting information in various ways, using images, music and dialogic talk to deeply learn information and connecting other life experiences to make the information personally meaningful.

I will tailor each lesson to your unique needs and scaffold the information and techniques as your learning progresses!
