About Mathieu
Passionate about teaching French, I help learners regain confidence in speaking and find joy in expressing themselves.
My background: Certified in French as a Foreign Language with 6 years of experience, I support adults from around the world (Alliance française, university, online courses...) through a human, engaging and effective approach.
My philosophy: I deeply believe that we progress when we:
- feel heard and supported,
- have space to express ourselves,
- learn by doing, playing, testing, truly speaking.
What motivates me daily is seeing my students flourish, dare to express themselves, and discover they're capable of much more than they thought.

Mathieu est un professeur patient et à l’écoute de ses élèves. Il adapte son enseignement en fonction des besoins et des centres d’intérêts de ses apprenants. C’est un professeur qui cherche à faire progresser ses élèves et à leur donner des conseils pour améliorer leur apprentissage du français.
Mathieu est un professeur très gentil, à l'écoute et qui comprend très vite les besoins de ses élèves. Il m'a été d'un grand soutien pour mes épreuves, grâce à ses cours adaptés, je suis passée de 9 de moyenne à 17 ! Il a réussi à me faire aimer (et surtout comprendre) une matière que je n'aimais pas. Il a le soucis du détails et donnera toujours son meilleur pour répondre au mieux aux questions qui lui sont posées.
