About Jua
"Hello, language enthusiasts! I'm Jua, a Dutch-Indonesian globetrotter who has called various corners of the world home since 2003. Having lived in Tanzania, Kenya, Sudan, Uganda, Burundi, Senegal, Malaysia, and now the United States, my diverse cultural experiences fuel my passion for teaching and learning.
As a dedicated yoga teacher for both adults and children, I've discovered the transformative power of effective communication. Fluent in Dutch, English, and French, with a working knowledge of German and Swahili, I'm on a perpetual journey to expand my linguistic horizons—currently setting my sights on mastering Spanish.
I find immense joy in sharing my love for the English language with others. Witnessing my students' confidence and language proficiency blossom fills me with a sense of pride.
