My name is DaMarlynn Bell — I’m a former athlete turned performance coach, passionate about developing the next generation of athletes. I’ve had the opportunity to train alongside future NFL draft picks and learn directly from elite professional athletes and coaches. These experiences have shaped my approach to training, blending real-world insight with proven performance techniques. Hello! My name is DaMarlynn Bell, and I’m a certified personal trainer with a passion for helping others unlock their full physical potential—whether on the field or in everyday life. I specialize in athletic development, working with youth athletes as young as 5 years old all the way up to elite college-level competitors.
With over 5 years of professional experience—including 2 years coaching at the high school level—I’ve helped athletes enhance their speed, strength, agility, and sport-specific skills to dominate their game.
But my mission doesn’t stop with athletes. I also work with adults of all fitness levels, providing customized training programs focused on health, wellness, and sustainable weight loss. Many of my clients have achieved transformational results, including over 150+ pounds lost in under a year—proving that with the right mindset and support, anything is possible.
