About Meshak
I am a Grade 8 certified drummer from Trinity College London, with over 6 years of teaching experience and a strong passion for mentoring aspiring drummers.
Drumming has been more than just a skill for me — it has shaped my discipline, creativity, and confidence. That is exactly what I aim to pass on to my students. I believe every student learns differently, so my lessons are structured yet personalized based on their goals, age, and learning pace.
I specialize in Western, Classical, and Jazz styles, focusing on strong fundamentals, technical precision, musical understanding, and stage confidence. My training includes advanced techniques such as double bass drumming, coordination development, groove building, speed control, and sight reading.
I have trained numerous students for Trinity Grade examinations, with most achieving Distinction. Whether someone is learning as a hobby, preparing for church ministry, stage performances, or certified grade exams, I guide them step by step with clarity and consistency.
Alongside teaching, I actively perform in live shows and band gigs, have played and programmed drums for Gospel albums, and have been invited as a judge for Battle of the Bands competitions in schools and colleges.
Teaching is my primary focus because I enjoy seeing students grow — not just as drummers, but as confident musicians. With the right structure and regular practice, my students experience clear and steady progress within months.

I offer structured drum training for beginners, intermediate, and advanced students through online, in-person, group classes, and home tuition.
My online lessons are conducted using a professional drum setup with high-quality microphones and clear video, allowing students to hear every detail and clearly observe hand and foot technique. The sessions are interactive and designed to be as effective as in-person training.
For beginners, I provide a structured curriculum that covers music theory, rhythm reading, sight reading, hand technique, coordination development, drumbeat variations, groove building, and timing control — ensuring a strong technical and musical foundation from the start.
As students progress, training advances into intermediate and higher levels, including Trinity Grade exam preparation, advanced coordination, double bass drumming, speed development, groove refinement, and performance preparation.
Each lesson follows a clear structure: warm-up, technical development, practical application, and performance-based exercises. My goal is to guide students step by step, helping them build confidence, discipline, and strong musicianship while achieving consistent and measurable progress.
