About Nars
Architect and interior designer by university profession, I began my love of healthy living at the age of 19, I started with yoga classes in university that calmed my migraines, leading me to make big changes in my lifestyle, which led me to continue learning wellness methodologies and natural healing, food, etc. to improve my life and provide better techniques to my students. Today I practice and give classes and consultancy in Interior Design, decoration, as well as soft yoga, meditation and comprehensive consulting from a holistic and natural point of view. My focus always includes nature, sound therapy, aromatherapy, and methodology based on neuroscience applied to well-being and also to interior spaces.
