About Elicia
I have 16 years of client service and experience working with all types of individuals with different wants and needs. I have trained with the IAWP and the Online Yoga School to obtain some of the most recent approaches to wellness applications.

I like to start with a one on one virtual meeting to get to know your wants and needs, then I start on my path to assist you in achieving those goals, all with a plan that you consent to and agree on. If you don't like the plan, we modify it until you're comfortable!
